1)Plan & Maintain RM & BOP Minimum / Maximum as per the schedule

2) Plan & maintain WIP Min & Max levels

3) FG stock as per customer demand Min & Max levels

4)Consumables Min & Max levels

5)Inventory of Critical Parts SCM and Store:
6) Ensure that the plan is released to the suppliers timely through the purchase team and material is coming as per the schedule given to them

7) Give the three days plan to supplier and ensure that no excess material to be received from their end

8)FIFO implementation in the Plants

9) Without Route card / Requisition slip, material cant issue to production team

10) Overall Traceability implementation of RM & FG

11) Monthly stock taking activity to be carried out to control IVENTORY

12) Listing of Non-moving parts / Panels 13)Declaring daily stores stock to concern person 14)5s implementation Ø Less qty received from the supplier to be treated NC and to be debited, same to be communicated to supplier.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
