Pre - Sales Executive (B2B SaaS - Hospitality)

Location: Gurgaon (On-site)
Salary: Up to ₹35,000 per month + Performance Incentives

About the Role

We are looking for a confident and target-driven Tele-Sales Representative to join our growing sales team. You will connect with hotels across India, introduce our hospitality SaaS platform, qualify prospects, and schedule product demos for the sales team.

If you have experience in outbound calling, B2B sales, or SaaS sales and enjoy speaking with customers, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities
- Make high-volume outbound calls to hotels across India.
- Introduce our hospitality SaaS solutions.
- Qualify leads and identify business opportunities.
- Schedule product demonstrations with hotel decision-makers.
- Update call activities and lead status in CRM.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Requirements Must Have
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- 1+ year of Tele-Sales, Inside Sales, or B2B Outbound Calling experience.




- Robust communication and objection-handling skills.
- Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls.
- Experience using CRM software such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or similar.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.

Preferred
- Experience selling SaaS, software, hotel technology, or hospitality solutions.
- Basic understanding of:
- Property Management System (PMS)
- Channel Manager (CM)
- Website Booking Engine (WBE)
- Experience using VoIP calling tools such as Aircall, Dialpad, Exotel, RingCentral, or similar.

Working Hours
- Monday to Friday
- 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM IST (approx.)
