About the role
- The Presales Architect - Microsoft 365,



Intune & Purview is responsible for designing, positioning, and articulating Up-to-date Workplace solutions built on Microsoft 365, Microsoft Intune, and Microsoft Purview. The role supports the end-to-end presales lifecycle, working closely with sales, delivery, and product teams to translate customer business, security, and compliance requirements into secure, scalable, and well-governed digital workplace solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with sales teams and customers to understand business goals, security posture, and compliance requirements.
- Lead technical discovery workshops, tenant assessments, and architecture discussions.
- Design end-to-end Microsoft 365 architectures covering productivity, endpoint management, security, and compliance. Define migration, transformation, and optimization strategies for Microsoft 365 workloads.
- Develop solution documentation including architectures, SOWs, BOMs, and RFP/RFI respon
