We are looking for dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service & Customer Relations Executives to manage customer interactions and customer experience across our existing Experimental Stores and upcoming Gachibowli Store.

The role will focus on delivering an excellent in-store customer experience, understanding customer requirements, collecting and managing feedback, resolving customer concerns, and building strong relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service
- Welcome and interact with customers in a friendly and qualified manner.
- Understand customer preferences and assist them with product selection.
- Provide accurate information about ice cream flavours, products, offers and ongoing promotions.
- Ensure customers receive a smooth and pleasant experience throughout their store visit.
- Handle customer queries and concerns professionally and promptly.
- Coordinate with the store team to resolve customer issues.

Customer Relations & Engagement
- Build positive and long-term relationships with customers.




- Engage with regular customers and understand their preferences.
- Encourage repeat visits and customer loyalty.
- Collect customer feedback regarding products, service and overall store experience.
- Record and communicate customer feedback to the Store Manager/management.
- Identify recurring customer concerns and coordinate with the relevant team for resolution.

Customer Feedback & Complaint Management
- Proactively seek customer feedback.
- Handle complaints with patience and professionalism.
- Ensure customer complaints are properly recorded and followed up until resolution.
- Escalate serious or unresolved customer issues to the Store Manager.
- Track customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve the customer experience.

Store-Level Support
- Support the store team during peak hours to ensure smooth customer service.
- Assist in maintaining customer-facing areas and overall store presentation.
