2. Sales & Conversion
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
- Present company offerings, packages, pricing and benefits effectively.
- Conduct sales calls, online meetings and product/service presentations.
- Negotiate with prospects and convert qualified leads into paying customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

3. Customer Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with prospects and existing clients.
- Understand customer pain points and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain regular communication throughout the sales process.
- Ensure a smooth handover from sales to the operations/client servicing team.

4. Lead Qualification
- Qualify leads based on requirement, budget,



urgency and purchase intent.
- Prioritize high-intent prospects for immediate follow-up.
- Update lead status, remarks and next follow-up date in the CRM.
- Track leads through the complete Enquiry → Follow-Up → Proposal → Negotiation → Closure funnel.

5. Sales Reporting
- Maintain daily records of calls, meetings, follow-ups and conversions.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports.
- Track key metrics such as:
- Calls Made
- Leads Contacted
- Qualified Leads
- Meetings Scheduled
- Proposals Sent
- Deals Closed
- Revenue Generated
- Conversion Rate

6. Business Development
- Identify current sales opportunities and potential customer segments.
- Conduct market and competitor research.

- Explore opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
