Manage end-to-end procurement of raw materials, packaging materials, chemicals, handicraft accessories, machinery spare parts, and consumables.

Develop and maintain a reliable vendor network across India and overseas.

Negotiate pricing, payment terms, contracts, and delivery schedules to achieve cost savings.

Identify recent suppliers and conduct vendor evaluation and performance reviews.

Ensure timely procurement to avoid production interruptions.

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with Stores and Production for material planning.

Generate Purchase Orders (POs) and maintain procurement documentation.

Analyze market trends and raw material price fluctuations.

Coordinate with Production, Quality, Finance, Logistics, and Sales departments.

Ensure compliance with company purchasing policies and statutory requirements.

Prepare procurement MIS reports, cost-saving reports, and monthly purchase analysis.

Handle annual rate contracts and strategic sourcing initiatives.

Lead and mentor the purchase team to achieve departmental KPIs.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
