Job Description - Restaurant Captain

Position: Restaurant Captain

Department: Service

Location: Koregaon park, Pune

Salary: ₹ 18-22 k

Experience: 1-3 Years

*Responsibilities*
- Supervise and coordinate the service team during operations.
- Ensure smooth and efficient table service.
- Greet guests and assist with orders, recommendations, and special requests.
- Ensure proper table setup, service standards, and guest satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the Kitchen and other departments for timely service.
- Handle guest complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly.
- Train and guide stewards and junior service staff.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and discipline within the service area.

*Requirements*
- Good communication and guest-handling skills.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant service operations.
- Valuable leadership and team-management skills.
- Well-groomed and professionally presented.
- Ability to work efficiently during busy hours.
- Previous experience as a Captain/Senior Steward in a restaurant or hotel is preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
