Galaxy Flights is a growing travel industry company providing travel solutions and services to customers. We are looking for a skilled and proactive IT Executive to support our technology needs and ensure smooth IT operations.

Job Summary:
We are seeking an IT Executive who can manage day-to-day IT support, troubleshoot technical issues, maintain systems, and ensure seamless functioning of IT infrastructure across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, and system-related issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Manage user accounts, access controls, and system configurations.
- Maintain IT assets, inventory records, and documentation.




- Perform software installation, updates, and regular system maintenance.
- Coordinate with IT vendors for technical support and services.
- Ensure data security and smooth functioning of office systems.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Knowledge of hardware, networking, Windows OS, and troubleshooting.
- Positive understanding of MS Office and IT support tools.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Prior experience in the travel industry will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
