Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to support business objectives.
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors to achieve the best pricing and service.
- Manage supplier relationships and monitor vendor performance.
- Oversee purchase orders, contracts, and procurement documentation.
- Ensure timely procurement and delivery of goods to avoid operational disruptions.
- Collaborate with warehouse, finance, and operations teams for inventory planning.
- Analyze procurement data, market trends, and supplier performance to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures.
- Resolve supplier-related issues and maintain high service standards.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Commerce,



or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/Procurement software.
- Robust communication and stakeholder management skills.
