The Online Dispatch Officer will oversee daily online order processing, fulfillment, and shipment operations. This role ensures that all digital orders are accurately packed, compliant with pharmaceutical standards, and handed over to logistics partners on time.

Key Responsibilities
- Order Processing: Monitor e-commerce portals, ERP systems, and warehouse management tools to extract and prioritize daily customer orders.
- Verification & Compliance: Verify batch numbers, product quantities, dosage forms, and expiry dates before sealing packages. Maintain compliance with Valuable Distribution Practices (GDP) and cold-chain storage guidelines for temperature-sensitive items.
- Packaging & Documentation: Ensure correct packaging standards, affix shipping labels, and generate essential paperwork (tax invoices, delivery notes, and transport documentation).
- Courier Management: Coordinate with courier and express delivery partners for timely order pickups, track dispatch schedules, and manage transit delays or failed delivery attempts.




- Inventory & Records: Update dispatch logs, flag low-stock items to inventory teams, and process customer return/exchange requests.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Science (B.Sc), Business, or Diploma/Degree in Logistics/Supply Chain Management.
- Experience: 0 to 2 years in dispatch, e-commerce fulfillment, or warehouse operations.
- Technical Proficiency: Basic knowledge of MS Excel, ERP tools (SAP/Tally), and logistics dashboard navigation.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
