Job Summary
Role Summary The Scrum Master / Project Manager is responsible for leading Agile delivery teams and managing end-to-end project execution. This role ensures successful delivery against scope, timelines, cost, and quality while driving Agile adoption, team effectiveness, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Agile & Scrum Responsibilities Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives. Coach teams on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and continuous improvement. Remove impediments, manage dependencies, and proactively mitigate risks. Collaborate with Product Owners to manage and prioritize the product backlog. Ensure adherence to Scrum processes, Definition of Done, and quality standards.
