The role focuses on delivering operational excellence, managing complex lending cases, and ensuring compliance with regulatory, legal, and internal control requirements within Barclays.

You may be assessed on key critical skills relevant for success in role such as:
- Manage lending cases through the full operational lifecycle, including facility setup,



documentation review, limit creation, and loan drawdowns.
- Coordinate with Credit Mangers, Relationship Mangers, Legal, and Operations team to ensure timely completion of lending transactions.
- Review lending requests and supporting documentation to ensure compliance with approved credit terms and internal policies.
- Act as a key point of contact for resolving operational issues, driving cases to completion, and meeting client delivery timelines.
- Support process improvement initiatives by identifying efficiencies, strengthening controls, and enhancing operational effectiveness.
