There are two shifts, Shif1- 1 is between 10 am and 7 pm. Shift-2 is between 2PM and 9PM.As a client service executives, you will attending incoming and out going calls going to students and verify the details using a script and collect information using a fact finding sheet and escalate to the supervisors to the interested students. The training will be provided to you. Freshers with excellent communication in English and additional languages are welcome.
Experienced people in customer service, telemarketing an also apply.
The calling time is only for 6 hours and 40 minutes in a day with 20 minute break, This is a very small shift and we work 6 days a week. This also creates a work life balance to all the employees.
Job Types: Full time, Part-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
