We're looking for a strategic and growth-focused skilled to lead customer lifecycle campaigns and drive engagement across multiple digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute customer lifecycle campaigns from acquisition to reactivation.
- Manage and optimize WABA, SMS, RCS, and Chatbot communication channels.
- Drive customer growth through lead generation, cross-sell, upsell, and retention initiatives.
- Build automated customer journeys and engagement workflows.
- Track campaign performance, engagement metrics, and conversion outcomes.
