We're looking for a results-driven Demand Generation Executive who can consistently generate high-quality B2B leads across multiple digital channels.

Your Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns.
- Create and execute LinkedIn outreach and account-based marketing campaigns.
- Build landing pages and optimize conversion rates.
- Work closely with the content team to create campaigns that generate inbound leads.
- Manage lead nurturing and marketing automation.




- Track campaign performance and improve lead quality continuously.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure marketing-generated leads convert into opportunities.
- Maintain accurate reporting of campaign performance, CPL, conversion rates, and ROI.

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, or Demand Generation.
- Proven experience generating qualified B2B leads.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Marketing, SEO, and Analytics.
- Strong understanding of lead funnels and conversion optimization.
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Zoho CRM, HubSpot, or similar is an advantage.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
