Job Description: Marketing Analytics & Reporting Consultant - Banking Domain

We are hiring a Marketing Analytics & Reporting Consultantto work with a leading US Financial Services organization on unsecured lending portfolios. The role will focus on delivering data-driven insights, campaign performance tracking, and strategic recommendationsacross Marketing, Product, and Finance.

Key Skills (required):
- Marketing Analytics & Banking domain expertise:
- Power BI (mandatory)- dashboarding & visualization
- SQL & Python (must-have)- data extraction & advanced analytics
- Alteryx (valuable to have)- workflow automation & ETL

Responsibilities: What You’ll Do:
- Support tactical & strategic analytics initiatives for US based banks’ team in Marketing / Product / Financial Domain.
- Evaluate effectiveness of current policies & strategies and recommend changes to business strategy to improve performance by increasing revenue, reducing expenses & enhanced CX.
- Good understanding of cards P&L; components, involved in sizing, recommendation & post implementation tracking and fine-tuning.




- Lead the development of new rules and strategy by leveraging the existing data, managing the campaigns/monthly/ad-hoc dashboards, analyzing the trends and performing ad-hoc analysis.
- Provide actionable insights to senior leadership and optimize strategies for growth, efficiency, and customer experience
- Clearly communicate analysis as presentations to technical & non-technical groups
- Manage assigned projects in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and that deliverables are met.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues in other areas of Marketing.
- Manage projects independently while mentoring junior team members.
