Project Management Responsibilities Delivery Ownership Manage end-to-end SAP project lifecycle (Discover Prepare Explore Realize Deploy Run) Drive project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and budgeting Ensure delivery within scope, timeline, cost, and quality targets Governance & Reporting Conduct: Weekly governance calls Steering committee meetings Status reporting to leadership/client Track: Risks, issues, dependencies (RAID log) Milestones and deliverables Stakeholder Management Act as single point of contact for client and leadership Manage cross-functional teams (OTC, P2P, PP/QM, Basis, ABAP, Security) Handle escalations and critical decision-making 2.
