Key Responsibilities:
- Provide L2 support for Globalscape EFT/MFT platforms, resolving incidents and service requests.
- Monitor and troubleshoot secure file transfer services, connectivity, authentication, and access-related issues.
- Manage user provisioning, SSH keys, encryption, and access controls.
- Support patching, upgrades, configuration changes, and partner onboarding.
- Collaborate with L3 teams for escalations, root cause analysis, and major incident resolution.
- Maintain operational documentation, SOPs, and ensure compliance with security and ITIL processes.

Required Skills:
- 4-6 years of experience in Network Security or Secure File Transfer.
- Hands-on experience with Globalscape EFT (Enhanced File Transfer).
- Solid knowledge of SFTP, FTPS, SCP, and HTTPS protocols.
- Experience with SSH key management, PGP encryption, and authentication mechanisms.
- Good understanding of firewalls, proxies,



and network security fundamentals.
- Familiarity with ITIL Incident, Change, and Problem Management.
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:
- Experience with PowerShell, Python, or Bash scripting.
- Exposure to enterprise MFT platforms such as Axway, IBM Sterling, or TIBCO.
- Knowledge of compliance standards such as PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, or SOX.
