Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the UI/UX and Product Design team, ensuring high-quality design delivery.
- Define and implement the overall product design strategy and vision.
- Create user-centric designs, wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, QA Teams, and Business Stakeholders.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze user feedback to improve product experiences.
- Establish and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI standards.
- Mentor and guide UI/UX designers, providing regular feedback and performance support.
- Coordinate project timelines, assign tasks, and ensure timely delivery of design milestones.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, technologies, and industry best practices.
- Present design concepts and recommendations to management and stakeholders.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
