Jiyyo Mitra E-Clinic is looking for a dynamic Operational Manager who is responsible for managing day-to-day operations, coordinating teams, monitoring performance, resolving operational issues, and ensuring smooth and efficient business processes.

Operations Manager - Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise daily operational activities.
- Monitor team performance, targets, and productivity.
- Oversee HP onboarding, activation, engagement, and OPD activities.
- Resolve operational issues and coordinate with concerned teams.
- Monitor reports, KPIs, and operational performance.
- Coordinate with HR, Marketing, Finance, Technical, and other departments.
- Improve processes and ensure smooth workflow.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly operational reports.
- Ensure timely completion of tasks and achievement of business targets.
- Report key operational updates and issues to management.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any field.

7 to 8 years of experience in sales.

Strong communication, negotiation,



and leadership skills.

Ability to work independently and manage a team.
