We are seeking a high-impact Assistant Manager - Supply Chain Operations with solid expertise in global Order-to-Cash (O2C) execution, problem-solving, and process transformation.



This role is designed for a supply chain professional who goes beyond transactional execution to actively diagnose, own, and resolve complex supply chain challenges across global operations.

Core Responsibilities:
1. End-to-End Order Management Ownership & Problem Solving:
- Own end-to-end order lifecycle across global markets, including order creation, validation, fulfilment, billing, and closure
- Act as the primary problem owner for complex order management issues spanning availability constraints, pricing discrepancies, delivery delays, and system blocks
- Diagnose and resolve high-impact issues through structured root cause analysis (RCA) and cross-functional collaboration
