We are urgently hiring a PLC Programmer / Automation Engineer with robust hands-on experience in industrial automation & machine manufacturing.

✔ Analog I/O scaling - 0-10V & 4-20mA

✔ Sensors, Load Cells, Pressure & Temperature control

✔ Understand I/O, automation architecture, sensors, actuators & control systems

✔ Read & create electrical/wiring diagrams

✔ PLC/HMI troubleshooting & fault diagnosis

✔ Machine testing, commissioning & site troubleshooting

✔ Maintain program backups, documentation & version control

✔ Independently handle Programming → Testing → Commissioning

Key Responsibilities:
- PLC Programming using Ladder Logic
- HMI Designing & Logical Sequence Development
- Alarm & Notification System Configuration




- PLC Troubleshooting & Fault Diagnosis
- Understanding of Automation System Architecture
- Reading & Creating Wiring Diagrams
- Machine Commissioning & Testing
- Program Backup & Documentation

Qualification:
- BE / B.Tech / Diploma - Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation
- 2-10 years of experience in PLC & HMI Programming

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Application Question(s):
- Have you independently programmed a FATEK PLC in a real industrial machine (not training)?
- Have you configured and programmed a SERVO drive through PLC (pulse output / communication control)?
- Have you programmed load cell integration using analog module (mV input or amplifier-based)?
- Have you implemented PID control logic in PLC to control blower or 3-phase motor speed?

Experience:
- PLC Programming: 2 years (required)

Willingness to travel:
- 50% (required)
