Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate 2D manufacturing drawings using AutoCAD.
- Create optimized laser cutting nesting layouts for various sheet sizes and material thicknesses.
- Achieve maximum material utilization by minimizing scrap and reducing wastage.
- Analyze part geometry and arrange components efficiently without compromising manufacturing quality.
- Generate nesting files as per production requirements.
- Understand laser cutting machine limitations, kerf, spacing, grain direction (where applicable), and manufacturing tolerances.
- Assist in estimating sheet requirements based on production planning.

Required Qualifications and skill
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience with robust AutoCAD skills.
- 1-4 years of experience in laser cutting nesting is preferred.
- Excellent knowledge of 2D AutoCAD:
- Strong understanding of Laser Cutting Nesting:
- Ability to work under production deadlines

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
