About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive influencer marketing strategies aligned with the company's marketing and business objectives.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard relevant influencers and content creators based on audience profile, engagement, content quality, reach, and brand relevance.
- Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with influencers, creators, talent agencies, and other industry partners.
- Manage the complete influencer collaboration lifecycle, from influencer identification and outreach to negotiation, execution, and campaign closure.
- Negotiate commercial terms, deliverables, timelines, content requirements, usage rights, and other campaign-related terms.
- Prepare and communicate clear campaign briefs, creative guidelines, deliverables, and timelines to influencers.




- Coordinate with internal Marketing, Creative, Content, and Social Media teams to ensure seamless execution of influencer campaigns.
- Monitor campaign deliverables and ensure all content is delivered within agreed timelines and quality standards.
- Track and analyze key campaign performance indicators, including reach, impressions, engagement, leads, conversions, and ROI.
- Prepare campaign performance reports and provide data-driven recommendations for optimization and future campaigns.
- Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while maintaining accuracy, quality, and timely execution.
- Research emerging influencers, platforms, content formats, and industry trends to identify current growth opportunities.
- Continuously optimize influencer strategies based on campaign performance, audience insights, and market trends.
