Experience: *15-20 Years.*

Salary : *1Lakh-1.20 Lakh/- month*

Qualification:
- *Diploma / B.Tech M.E*

Key Roles & Responsibilities
- *Plant Manager (Sheet Metal Automotive Industry) Lead and manage complete plant operations, ensuring achievement of production, quality, cost, delivery, and safety targets.*

*Oversee Sheet metal Press shop processes for maximum productivity and efficiency.*

*Develop and implement production planning, scheduling, and capacity utilization strategies to meet customer requirements.*

*Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce cycle time, minimize rejection, and optimize costs.*

*Coordinate effectively with Store, Purchase, Quality, Maintenance, Tool Room, and PPC departments for smooth plant operations.*

*Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)



and take corrective actions to achieve operational excellence.*

*Ensure compliance with customer requirements, quality standards, and IATF 16949 systems*.

*Lead manpower planning, team development, performance management, and cross-functional collaboration.*

*Implement systems and controls for inventory management, resource utilization, and process discipline.*

*Prepare and review production reports, MIS, and operational data using ERP systems, Excel, and other digital tools.*

*Drive customer satisfaction through on-time delivery, quality improvement, and achievement of production targets.*

*Support audits, process improvements, and strategic initiatives for overall plant growth and profitability.*.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
