Working Hours: 6:30 PM to 2:30 AM IST (Aligning with Canada EST)

Probation Period: 3 Months
Compensation: ₹35,000 - ₹45,000 / month (Based on experience) + ₹500 per successful conversion

About the Role

If you are an expert dialer who thrives in a fast-paced remote environment and understands the nuances of international study programs, we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities
- High-Volume Outreach: Execute outbound calls to prospective students interested in studying in Canada (overseas degrees and inland short-term courses).
- Lead Qualification: Accurately screen students based on academic history, language proficiency (IELTS/PTE), financial budget, and overall eligibility.
- Appointment Setting: Successfully book qualified appointments and hand off high-intent leads to the senior education counselors.
- CRM Management: Log all call details, update student statuses, and maintain an organized, up-to-date pipeline using our CRM software.
- Follow-ups:



Conduct systematic follow-ups with pipeline leads to ensure maximum show-up rates for counseling sessions.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Strictly a minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a similar tele-calling or inside sales role within the overseas education/study-abroad sector.
- Market Knowledge: Familiarity with the Canadian education system, visa processes, and short-term course structures is highly preferred.
- Communication Skills: Impeccable verbal communication in English and Hindi is mandatory. Fluency in Punjabi is highly beneficial and will be considered a robust advantage.
- Technical Fluency: Well-versed in using CRM tools to track leads and manage daily call tasks.
- Shift Readiness: Must be comfortable and reliable working a fixed night shift (6:30 PM - 2:30 AM IST) with a stable home internet connection and a quiet workspace.
