Job Title: MIS Executive

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, maintain, and analyse daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Develop dashboards and reports using Advanced Excel.
- Manage large datasets, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Perform data analysis to support business decision-making.
- Coordinate with internal departments to collect, verify, and consolidate data.
- Track pending tasks and ensure timely follow-ups with stakeholders.
- Maintain and update databases and reporting systems.
- Identify discrepancies in data and resolve issues promptly.
- Automate recurring reports wherever possible to improve efficiency.
- Provide timely reports and insights to management.

Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel, including:
- Pivot Tables
- Pivot Charts
- VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
- INDEX-MATCH
- IF, SUMIF, COUNTIF
- Conditional Formatting
- Data Validation
- Power Query (preferred)
- Dashboards and Reporting
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.




- Robust follow-up and coordination abilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Applications, or a related field.
- 1-4 years of experience in MIS reporting, data analysis, or a similar role.
- Experience working with ERP or CRM systems is an added advantage.

- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Capability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
