Hiring, training, scheduling, and supervising store employees. This may also involve performance evaluations. Assigning work tasks to store staff to meet the needs of the store and its customers. Ensuring the store is clean, organized, and well maintained. This includes coordinating repairs and maintenance tasks. Addressing operational issues and finding solutions to improve store efficiency and customer satisfaction.



Ensuring the safety of employees and customers by following safety protocols and conducting safety drills if necessary. Inventory Accuracy, availability, costing ,Reduce Inventory Variance. To avoid time losses, Reduce OT cost, Proper Utilization. Achieving departmental 6 s Score & zero accident in store area. Continuous improvement, Quality of Solution. Near Miss Reporting, incident rate, storage safety.electrical safety

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
