Role Objective

To manage procurement of grain (maize/rice/broken rice) for ethanol and allied manufacturing operations, ensuring cost efficiency, quality, and uninterrupted supply.

Key Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end procurement of:
- Grain for ethanol production
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors/traders
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules
- Monitor market trends, MSP, seasonal availability, and logistics costs
- Coordinate with plant operations for daily/weekly material planning
- Ensure compliance with quality, quantity, and statutory norms
- Manage contracts, POs, GRNs, and reconciliation
- Coordinate with logistics for timely material movement
- Maintain procurement MIS and cost reports

Eligibility
- Graduate / Post-graduate in:
- Supply Chain, Commerce, Agriculture, Engineering, or Management
- 4-6 years experience in grain, agri-commodity
- Experience in ethanol / distillery / process industry preferred

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
