Job Title: Customer Service ( Pune)

We are seeking a motivated Customer Service / Sales Assistant to support our business operations in India. The role involves assisting the sales team, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring smooth coordination between clients and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities
- Customer support: Respond to client inquiries and provide timely assistance.
- Sales assistance: Prepare quotations, follow up on orders, and support sales activities.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and reports.
- Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Administrative tasks: Provide general support to the sales team and management.





Requirements:
- Language skills: Fluent in English; proficiency in local languages is a plus.
- Experience: Prior experience in customer service or sales support preferred.
- Skills: Robust communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
- Attitude: Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Tech literacy: Comfortable with MS Office and online communication tools.

Pay: ₹55,000.00 per month
