Senior Education Counselor

Job Summary:
We are looking for an ambitious, dynamic, and result-oriented Senior Education Counselor to drive student admissions and revenue growth. The role involves understanding students' and parents' requirements, providing personalized career and course guidance, handling objections, and converting qualified leads into successful enrollments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial interactions with prospective students and parents through calls and other communication channels.
- Understand students' academic background, career goals, and requirements.
- Provide personalized counseling regarding courses, career opportunities, and suitable academic pathways.
- Qualify leads based on interest, requirements, and eligibility.
- Handle student/parent queries and objections effectively.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to nurture leads and maintain engagement.
- Schedule and manage demo sessions and counseling appointments.
- Manage the complete counseling-to-admission process.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and update CRM systems.




- Achieve monthly admission, conversion, and revenue targets.
- Build strong relationships with students and parents throughout the admission journey.
- Support and guide junior counselors when required.

Experience:
- 2-5 years of experience in Education Counseling, Admissions, Inside Sales, or a related field.
