About the Company

Sporting Syndicate is the largest Sports Goods manufacturers and exporters in India. Based in Jalandhar, Punjab, the company was founded in 1949 and has since been driving India's Sports Goods industry.

About the role:
We are looking for an individual to contribute in HR Department. The roles and responsibilities will include:
- Manage and monitor time office operations, including attendance, shift scheduling, overtime, and leave management.
- Maintain and validate attendance records through biometric systems.
- Coordinate with payroll for accurate processing of wages, overtime, and deductions.
- Ensure compliance with working hours, weekly offs, and leave policies.
- Generate and analyze MIS reports related to attendance, absenteeism, and manpower utilization.
- Manage employee records, HR files, and documentation.
- Oversee onboarding and exit formalities, including induction, documentation, and full & final settlements.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communication.
- Manage office administration related to HR




- Handle end-to-end recruitment for Junior to Top-level positions.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Manage offer letters, appointment letters, and joining formalities.
- Support audits, inspections, and legal notices related to HR.
- Draft and update HR policies in line with labor legislation.
- Address employee grievances related to statutory and legal matters.

About you:
- Previous experience in an HR department is desired
- Well and explicit spoken communication skills
- A Bachelor's/ Master's degree in HR/ Business is preferred
- Interest to learn about HR Related tasks
- Recruitment, Payroll, Attendance, Govt. norms, etc.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
