Opportunity




- Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Create and maintain demand forecasts for the South region and oversee national-level forecasts.

Review historical sales trends, research demand drivers, and develop statistical forecast models.

Conduct regional S&OP; meetings, collaborate with Sales, Production, and Customer teams for accurate planning.

Provide input to supply planning for inventory norms and stock availability.

Analyze data for forecast accuracy, back-orders, and business requirements.

Impact on Team and Organization:
Ensure accurate forecasting to optimize inventory levels and reduce back-orders.

Act as the information hub for senior management, enabling strategic decisions.

Drive collaboration across Sales, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing to improve service levels.

About You

Essential Criteria:
10-15 years of experience in demand/supply planning roles.
