ROLE SNAPSHOT

Location: Kokapet, Hyderabad

Work Model: Hybrid (Inside + Field Sales)

Department: Digital Sales - B2B

Eligibility: MBA / BBA / B.Com / B.Tech Freshers

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for driven, articulate freshers eager to build a career in B2B Sales and Business Development in the premium surfaces industry.
- Fresh graduates from MBA, BBA, B.Com, B.Tech or related streams
- Excellent command over English, Hindi and Telugu (all three mandatory)




- Confident communicators with solid presentation and convincing abilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle and convert company-generated leads via calls and field visits
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable Advantis Quartz products
- Visit and build long-term relationships with Architects, Interior Designers, Builders and Contractors
- Present products, prepare proposals and close B2B deals
- Identify new sourcing channels and market opportunities
- Maintain CRM records and report pipeline status regularly

SKILLS REQUIRED
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Excellent Hindi communication skills
- Excellent Telugu communication skills
- Strong convincing and presentation skills
- Negotiation ability
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
