About the Role We are seeking a agile and customer-focused Customer Relationship Managers to build and maintain strong client relationships to drive business growth, and deliver exceptional service experiences.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
- Act as the primary point of contact for client queries and concerns
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely support
- Follow up with clients regularly to maintain engagement
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling services
- Handle client escalations and ensure quick resolution
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM systems
- Coordinate with internal teams for seamless service delivery




- Ensure compliance with company policies and processes Required
- Qualifications & Skills - Graduates with Excellent communication skills will be preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Preferred Attributes
- Prior experience in relationship management, sales, or customer handling preferred
