AdVoice Inc. is a 15 year old Branding & Digital Marketing Agency in Anandnagar, Ahmedabad. We design logos, brochures, packaging and other marketing collaterals.

JOB BRIEF

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY
1. Responsible to Open & Close office daily. So time punctuality is must thing.
2. Understanding client’s requirement and then turn it into a brief for the creative team. Also, creating tasks on CRM with all details and allocating it to designers.
3. Add value to briefs and deliverables.
4. Fluent in written and spoken English.
5. Good with operations and workflow management.
6. Be accurate and pay attention to each task of the design to map deadline.
7. Proficient in downloading data, understanding brief, allocating tasks & explain brief to the designer, and get task done in timeline.
9. Check job sheets of the designers & fill own Job sheet.

EDUCATION
a. Minimum Education: - Graduate with Good Command over English
b. Technical Education:



- Intermediate level working experience in Word, Excel & PowerPoint. Gujarati - Hindi language
c. Must be calm minded & good at communication, using proficient & sophisticated language to communicate with client.

BEHAVIROUAL & TECHNICAL SKILLS

b. One should be a good team mate and have the flexibility to adapt to new ideas.
c. Work methodically under pressure and meet deadlines.
d. Must be punctual in time and deliverables

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
