About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging and high-quality content for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Plan, conceptualize, and create reels, short-form videos, and trend-based social media content.
- Design visually appealing Instagram posts, carousels, stories, and other marketing creatives using Canva.
- Collaborate with internal teams to brainstorm content ideas and execute social media campaigns.
- Maintain consistency in brand messaging, tone of voice, and visual identity across all platforms.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and viral content formats.
- Manage content calendars and posting schedules to ensure timely and consistent content publishing.
- Monitor engagement and contribute ideas to improve audience growth and interaction.

Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in Social Media Management, Content Creation, or a similar role.
- Good knowledge of Canva and major social media platforms.
- Creative mindset with strong content creation and storytelling skills.




- Ability to create reels and perform basic video editing.
- Understanding of Instagram trends, hashtags, algorithms, and engagement strategies.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly, learn new tools, and keep up with changing social media trends.
- Passion for digital marketing, branding, and social media growth.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with content planning and campaign execution.
- Basic understanding of social media analytics and performance tracking.
- Knowledge of additional design or video editing tools will be an added advantage.
