Dream Power Realty, a venture of Dream Plus Colonizers and Developers, is a fast-growing real estate company committed to delivering premium residential and commercial property solutions. We are looking for a dynamic, experienced, and target-oriented Senior Sales Executive to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

Generate qualified leads through referrals, digital platforms, and direct sales activities.

Handle customer inquiries and provide detailed information about company projects.

Conduct property presentations and site visits.

Build and maintain robust relationships with clients to ensure repeat and referral business.

Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into successful sales.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM regularly.

Coordinate with the marketing, documentation,



and customer support teams for smooth transactions.

Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and new project launches.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

3-5 years of experience in real estate sales (preferred).

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to close sales and achieve targets.

Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office.

Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.

Valid driving license and willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
