Job Summary:
The Corporate Relations Manager will be responsible for building a scalable corporate engagement framework by leading and mentoring a team of Corporate Relations Executives. The role focuses on developing solid relationships with corporate clients (HRs, Founders, Talent Acquisition Heads, Hiring Managers) and generating consistent placement opportunities for Itvedant learners across branches.:
The position will drive corporate partnerships, bulk hiring initiatives, and ensure maximum conversion of corporate leads into company visits, interviews, and successful fresher hiring.

Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Team Leadership & Management:
- Lead,



mentor, and manage a team of Corporate Relations Executives at the Head Office.
- Set clear monthly and quarterly targets for corporate lead generation and company visits.
- Monitor daily team performance, productivity, and quality of outreach.
- Conduct regular review meetings and training sessions in coordination with the training team.
- Groom new hires and ensure they are aligned with process and performance expectations.
- Identify and address escalations, gaps, or inefficiencies in corporate outreach and visit management.

2. Strategy & Planning:
- Design and implement corporate engagement strategies to drive large-scale fresher hiring opportunities.
- Develop structured processes for corporate lead generation using multiple channels and tools.
- Oversee corporate visit scheduling through effective pitch monitoring and conversion tracking.
