Job Title: Sales Executive - Life Coaching Programs

Salary: ₹22,000 - ₹28,000 / month + Attractive Incentives

About the Role
A reputed personal development organization and registered social trust dedicated to life transformation, motivational coaching, and educational literature (with a catalog of 700+ published titles) is hiring a results-driven Sales Executive.
In this role, you will connect with prospective participants, nurture inbound leads, promote coaching programs and educational resources, and drive enrollments.

Key Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective clients via telecalling, consultations, and structured follow-ups.
- Present and promote life coaching initiatives, workshops, and published literature.
- Understand participant needs and recommend tailored coaching packages.




- Nurture leads provided through digital and offline channels to convert them into paid enrollments.
- Log all lead interactions, call notes, and conversion pipelines inside the CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth participant onboarding process.
- Complete the internal product and coaching framework training.

Lead Support
- Pre-qualified inbound leads are provided directly by the organization.
- Core focus remains on consultative calling, relationship nurturing, and closing.
- Additional self-sourcing through referrals and networking is a plus.

Requirements & Eligibility
- Education: Graduate preferred (undergraduates with strong track records considered).
- Experience: 6 Months to 3 years in Inside Sales, Telesales, Academic/Career Counseling, or Direct Conversions.
- Solid closing, negotiation, and empathetic communication skills.
- Prior exposure to EdTech, Training Institutes, Wellness, Life Coaching, or Publishing is strongly preferred.
