Job Summary

The Commercial Kitchen Equipment Technician will be responsible for the installation, troubleshooting, repair, servicing, preventive maintenance, and testing of commercial kitchen equipment used in restaurants, QSRs, bakeries, cafés, hotels, and central kitchens.

The role requires robust hands-on expertise in gas-operated cooking equipment, including gas fryers, burners, grills, ovens, hot holding equipment, and related electrical and mechanical systems. The technician will ensure equipment reliability, operational safety, and minimum downtime across kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Equipment Repair & Maintenance
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial kitchen equipment.
- Perform preventive maintenance and scheduled servicing as per manufacturer recommendations.
- Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and emergency repair requirements.
- Identify equipment faults and carry out necessary corrective actions.
- Conduct mechanical, electrical, and gas-related repairs.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
