Responsibilities:
- Sell movie tickets at the ticket counter.:
- Assist customers with ticket bookings and show timings.:
- Sell snacks, beverages, and other food items at the counter.:
- Deliver food and beverages inside the theater when required.:
- Verify and scan customer tickets before entry.:
- Guide customers to their respective screens and seats.:
- Handle customer queries and provide excellent customer service.:
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the counter and work area.:
- Process cash, UPI, card, and other payment transactions accurately.:
- Coordinate with the theater operations team to ensure smooth customer service.:
- Perform other duties assigned by the management.
Eligibility
- Minimum Qualification: 10th Pass / Intermediate or Above.:
- Good communication and customer handling skills.:
- Basic knowledge of cash handling is preferred.
Shift Timings
Female:
- 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM
Male:
- 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM
- 4:00 PM - 1:00 AM
- Rotational shifts and weekly off._
