The Senior 3D Visualizer is responsible for creating high-quality, realistic 3D visualizations of residential interior projects. The role requires transforming design concepts into realistic renderings that accurately represent materials, lighting, furniture, and décor while maintaining the company's design standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. 3D Visualization & Rendering
- Create highly realistic 3D interior visualizations for luxury residential projects.
- Develop detailed 3D models based on approved furniture layouts and design concepts.
- Ensure renderings reflect actual project specifications and approved materials.

2. Design Coordination
- Discuss design changes with the design team and incorporate revisions promptly.
- Coordinate with Design Head, Estimation and Production Drawing teams regarding design modifications.

3. Quality Assurance
- Verify dimensions and proportions before rendering.
- Ensure consistency in color schemes, finishes, furniture and accessories.
- Review renders for realism, accuracy and presentation quality.




- Maintain company visualization standards across all projects.

4. Client Presentation Support
- Generate multiple design options when required.
- Assist designers during client presentations by providing visual support and quick modifications.

5. Project Management
- Deliver renderings within scheduled timelines.
- Maintain organized project files and backups.
- Prioritize multiple projects simultaneously without compromising quality.
- Track revision history and maintain updated project files.

6. Continuous Improvement
- Stay updated with current interior design trends and rendering technologies.
- Research recent rendering techniques and visualization software.
