Job Purpose:
The National Sales Head - Linear Ad Sales will own and drive end‑to‑end linear advertising revenue across India, working with Corporate and Key Accounts, top media agencies, and strategic partners. The role is responsible for defining the national sales vision, accelerating revenue growth, and positioning the organization as a preferred strategic media partner across television, sponsorships, integrations, and high‑impact brand solutions.

The incumbent will provide strategic and people leadership to regional sales teams, build senior‑most relationships with advertisers and agencies, and ensure sustainable, market‑leading revenue performance across all channels and properties.

Key Accountabilities:
National Revenue Leadership & Growth:
- Own national linear ad revenue targets, delivering growth across channels, regions, and advertiser categories
- Drive sales of television inventory, sponsorships, content integrations, and customized brand solutions at scale
- Define and execute national sales strategy aligned to company objectives, programming priorities,



and market dynamics
- Lead negotiations and closure of large annual, multi‑year, and multi‑channel deals with leading Corporate brands and media agencies
- Continuously identify and unlock current monetization opportunities across flagship properties, tentpole programming, and marquee events
- Ensure performance that consistently outpaces market and industry benchmarks

Client Leadership & Strategic Partnerships:
- Build and sustain senior‑most relationships (CXO / CMO / agency leadership) with top advertisers and agency holding groups
- Position the organization as a trusted, long‑term strategic partner through insight‑led, outcome‑driven solutions
- Develop deep understanding of advertiser ecosystems, category trends, competitive landscapes, and seasonal spends
- Lead high‑impact sales narratives using viewership insights, audience intelligence, and market data
- Champion client satisfaction, retention
