Job Summary

6 Hours per Week/24 hours per month

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Part-Time Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting and financial records for our Company. The role supports accurate bookkeeping, cost tracking, supplier payments, Customer Payments and basic financial reporting related to sourcing and trading operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate books of accounts (cash, bank, and ledger entries)
- Record purchase orders, supplier invoices, and payment vouchers
- Track costing related to sourcing, sampling, and production
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow
- Tracking customer payments
- Assist with payroll
- Prepare monthly financial summaries and basic profit & loss statements
- Support compliance with tax, VAT, or local regulatory requirements
- Coordinate with management on budgeting and cost control




- Liaise with auditors or tax consultants when required
- Assist us with Import export Shipment bills and maintaining ledgers

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Proven experience as an Accountant or Accounts Executive (garments or buying house experience preferred)
- Knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or similar)
- Good understanding of sourcing, trading, and inventory-related accounting
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality

Working Hours
- Part-time 20-25 hours per week

Compensation
- Competitive, based on experience

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
