Job Overview

We are looking for a target-oriented Tyre Retread Sales Executive to drive sales, develop new customers, and expand the retread tyre business in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business from fleet owners, transporters, and dealers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct market visits and identify new sales opportunities.
- Build strong customer relationships and promote retread tyre solutions.
- Monitor competitors and maintain regular sales reports.

Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA preferred.
- Experience in tyre, automotive, retread, or B2B sales preferred.
- Solid local market knowledge and customer network.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
