We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Director, Common AI Capabilities Engineering.

- What you’ll do:
- Define the long-term technical vision and roadmap for the Agent Framework in collaboration with product management team
- Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of a robust, scalable, and high-performance Agent Framework.
- Stay at the cutting edge of AI and agent movement in the industry, and adapt the agent framework to leverage the technical evolving in the industry




- Work closely with technology teams across business lines to understand their requirements and ensure the framework empowers them to build agents efficiently.
- Integrate agent framework into our Group AI Platform which spans on-premise and cloud-based infrastructure
- Build and manage a high-performing global team of ML SMEs and full stack engineers, to ensure the AI capabilities are built fit for purpose with high quality
- Implement observability, reliability, and performance optimizations for agent framework in production
- Ensure compliance to architecture principle, technical standards, security requirements and software development life cycle controls
- What you will need to succeed in the role:
- 15+ of experience in developing and implementing software solutions, with 5+ years in technical leadership role
