Key Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally Prime.
- Record and process accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoices, receipts, and payments.
- Prepare and maintain Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS).
- Handle GST and TDS calculations, reconciliations, and compliance.
- Perform 26AS reconciliation and ensure accurate accounting records.
- Assist in the preparation and finalization of Balance Sheets and financial statements.
- Maintain books of accounts and support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Prepare daily cash flow statements and MIS reports.
- Verify debtor and creditor balances and perform ledger reconciliations.
- Manage petty cash and bank reconciliation activities.
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding invoices, payments, and advances.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, BRS (Bank Reconciliation Statement), and Balance Sheet preparation:
- Hands-on experience with Tally Prime:
- Good knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles
- Proficiency in MS Excel, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables:
- Knowledge of financial reporting and data analysis
- Solid attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
