Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and offers.
- Achieve daily, monthly, and yearly sales targets.
- Generate sales through effective communication and product presentation.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Maintain proper product displays and ensure the store is well-presented.
- Maintain accurate information regarding stock, pricing, and promotions.
- Support billing and payment processes when required.
- Follow up with customers to encourage repeat purchases.
- Maintain customer relationships and contribute to customer retention.
- Coordinate with the Store Manager and other team members to achieve store objectives.
- Follow company policies, sales procedures, and customer service standards.

Skills & Qualifications




- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in retail sales or customer service preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Robust customer-handling and convincing abilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Good knowledge of sales techniques.
- Presentable, confident, and professional personality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Basic computer knowledge is preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
