Techsprouts is a growing digital marketing and web development company helping businesses generate quality leads through performance marketing. We are looking for an experienced Meta & Google Ads Freelancer who can independently manage advertising campaigns and improve ROI for our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Create and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
- Create and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube).
- Conduct audience research and competitor analysis.
- Generate qualified leads while maintaining target CPL.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize daily.
- Perform A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
- Install and manage Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and GA4.
- Generate weekly performance reports.
- Suggest strategies to improve CTR, Conversion Rate, and ROAS.
- Coordinate with our graphic designer for ad creatives.
- Coordinate with our sales team regarding lead quality.

Required Skills:




- Minimum 2 years of experience managing Meta Ads.
- Experience running Google Ads campaigns.
- Strong understanding of:
- Meta Business Manager
- Google Ads
- GA4
- Google Tag Manager
- Meta Pixel
- Conversion Tracking
- Ability to analyze campaign data and optimize performance.
- Valuable communication skills.
- Experience generating leads for Education, Healthcare, Real Estate, or Local Businesses is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications
- Google Ads Certification (preferred)
- Meta Blueprint Certification (preferred)
- Experience managing monthly ad budgets of ₹50,000 or more.

Compensation
- Freelance / Project-Based Payment
- Monthly Retainer or Per Project (Based on Experience)
- Performance Bonus for achieving campaign goals.

Pay: ₹8,543.74 - ₹61,238.98 per month
